Ingredients for 6 persons: 1 large chicken, 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup sea salt, 1 1/3 cup flour, thyme, bay leaf, chive, rosemary, oregano.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 425° F. Mix the salt and the egg whites in a bowl. Add the flour and mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Add the herbs. Coat entirely the chicken with his mixture. Place the chicken in a dripping pan and cook at 425° for 75 minutes. Once cooked, serve the chicken in its crust and accompanied with French beans. Break the crust and… enjoy!
