Just sampled a l"reduced carb" bagel and croisant from Dunkin Donuts - very good, not sure ong the the ingredients or carb count, doing the research and will post info when i have it

ok, here are the ingredients for the bagels

Ingredients: Bagel [Water, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Modified Wheat Starch, Vital Wheat Gluten, Bleached Soybean Fiber, Wheat Protein Isolate, Soybean Oil. Thanks for the informative post. I saw the sign for them while driving past the local DD and was wondering about them. The 31g really doesn't fit into my lifestyle, though, either.

The Dunkin Donuts bagels taste pretty good, but not like bagel at all in my opinion. They taste and look more like a biscuit or crossiant. Panera has really good low carb bagels and I think they are about 11 net carbs each.
