Hey folks,

In all reality, I started my ckd about 2.5 weeks ago, but last Thursday kinda fell off the wagon. After reading through this forum, I was inspired to the point of starting over and setting myself in a mind frame to stay with it. I realize I might have some roadblocks ahead, but I just have to learn to push through them.

I want to thank you all for sharing your stories, together they have created quite an experience.

ONWARD to my first goal of dumping 30lbs. :)
