Anyone know how many carbs are in a typical sausage? They are keeping me alive this past two weeks, especially on a busy morning and I don't have time to cook bf. I just stop and buy two sausies, they keep me going till lunchtime.

IT all kinda depends. I had a look at a whole load of sausages in Tesco, and the carbcount varied a good bit. I cant remember the exact figures now, but for instance the Tesco Value Brand sausages only have around 56 % of pork in them, so hte carb count was quite high.

I find hte Lidl sausages are quite good, they are especially tasty.

I normally buy one or two packets, grill them all in one go and put them in the freezer. Whenever you want one, just drop it in the microwave for a minute or more and you have a quick snack.
