Is there a LC bread that is good tasting and really low carb? Atkins mix for country bread is only 3 gm per slice, but (my bread machine had problems, & so that may have something to do with end result, but) it was the most awful stuff. I have been eating it, although I can hardly gag it down; but it is VERY filling. I love BLT's and now that tomatoes are in season, really do need some good bread.

I really enjoy the Sara Lee Delightful wheat bread. It has 9 carbs per slice, so 2 slices really put a dent in your carbs for the day but they are worth it! It tastes like real bread! The orrow wheat bread was terrible...too much soy flavore :(

I like the OroWheat multigrain. I like the way it toasts. Don't like those spongy ones.

The wheat bread has these bad seeds in them. I almost cracked my tooth on it. But it is pretty mushy.

"Arnold" makes a nice low carb bread it is a wheat bread, I do believe it is 6 grams per slice. It is one of the best tasting LC breads that I have tried.
