Was looking through the forum for much needed egg salad recipes for a little something different than what I'm used to and noticed there really weren't exact measurements of ingredients and what people use it with. I would love some recipes people use for egg salad and what you eat it with. Thank you!!

I never do exact measurements either......but here are some great additions!!
My mainstay is real mayonaise and mustard with salt and pepper to taste, then you can add the below variations, by themselves or together..

A bit of horseradish
Bacon Bits
Celery, celery seed
onion
radishes
hot red pepper
tobasco sauce

Anything you like, might as well try it in the egg salad and see if you like it.
