I just bought a six pack of Mike's Light 1 carb drink but I just started the atkins diet again a week ago. I've spent 45 minutes looking all over the internet (including Mike's web site trying to find out if this drink has any sugar in it and if so how many grams. Does anyone know? Please let me know... thanks in advance.

The 1 carb gram might be a gram of sugar. I believe it is sweetened with aspartame though. I have tried it and liked it. I have not tried Thin Ice http://www.drinkthinice.com/about2.html
but I would like to if I ever see it available.

thanks for the reply beautiful, I ended up making up some wonderful drinks of vodka and crystal light, I remember seeing thin ice on a couple of sites when I was searching for Mike's Light. Maybe we could have some thin ice when I get a hold of some... ?

I think Thin Ice is a bit sweet and I can't rarely finish the bottle. It starts out tasting alright, but I get sick of it really quick (a good thing maybe?) I haven't tried the Mike's LC drink yet... but what I liked about the original Mike's was that it wasn't as sweet

Mikes Light is sweetened with Aspartame. I don't beleive there is any sugar in it.

I find the Thin Ice's WAY too sweet as well. I've been putting a slice of lime in it to add a bit of tartness and it works well. :thup:
