I think it is a great alternative to using heavy cream and water with my LC cereal, Keto oatmeal, etc. I find that I don't use it too often though. I wish they would make a quart size of it. I don't know where you're from but you can buy Keto stuff in quite a few places. If you have a Vitamin Shoppe or Vitamin World near you, check it out. They usually sell Keto and at a good price. In the Mid-Atlantic region Kroger and Safeway (grocery stores) sell a few Keto things. Kroger has a lot of stuff; cereal, bake mixes, bars, shakes. I was really impressed. When you say "Morningstar" do you mean Atkins' "Morningstart" or the meat alternative products "Morningstar". If you mean the meat alternative, I have the sausages and they are low carb and a good substitute for red meat. About 1 carb per serving. I have the Atkins Morningstart bars and drink mix. The bars are sort of dry. Like the drink mix, but it has maltodextrin, sugar filler, so I don't drink it too often.

Check out Vitaminshoppe (it has a website and Atkins or Keto stuff is regularly on sale) or Vitamin World.
