Hello

I drink RedBull sugar free almost every day, some times 2 cans
a day.... My question: is it possible that i gain weight of
drinking it? or is it the opposite?

Thanks

Aspartame has been shown to cause weight gain or at least
prevent weight loss I believe. Not to mention all its other
toxic effects.

If you want a taurine supplement buy taurine. I tried it once
in sugared form as I recall....gag. Taurine is a low priced
supplement.

As Red Bull is a anti-hang over concoction, I'll ask how much
ethanol are consuming?? Wine and beer have calories. Ever hear
of a beer belly? They aren't a myth.
