Hello,
Thank you all for answering all of the questions I am posting on here. I do have the book and I have read it cover to cover and still keep going back to it as a reference. Sometimes I guess I just get so confused...so I thank you all in advance for your patience. My question this time is: are pork rinds ok to eat on induction?

Yes the are. But beware of the salt count, can make you retain water.

And some of the flavored ones have higher carb levels, so be sure to check the labels.

Yep, the flavored ones may contain sugar in the ingredients.
