While shopping at the mall yesterday my friend and I decided to eat at the food court. We have Subway and Sbarros Pizza, so it should not have been a challenge. I was on my way to the pizza place when I noticed a huge banner at Mr. Hero, 14 net carb bread! I had to try it, I love their Romanburger. The bread was good, not soy tasting at all, not sure what it is made of. When I checked their website there was a small Orlando Bread logo on the section with the low carb bread announcement, so I am guessing Orlando makes it. I did a ketone test when I got home 4 hours later and I was still in, and the scale showed a half pound loss this morning, so they must be OK! Really good, they will make any sandwich for you, AND they did not charge extra like most places!
