Most guys do a lot more exercise recreational and as part of
their job relative to women . Next time you are at the mall,
look at how fat most women are and notice how much better
shape guy are in. This says that stress is what determines how
long you live. Italians live longer because they have an
easygoing culture. Japanese men according to my theory would
have very short lives. If i'm not right, we have discovered
another paradox.

You've got to be careful here because men and women have
different fat- deposition patterns, on average. Women
generally tend to first put down fat directly underneath the
skin (where it's visible) whereas men tend to accumulate fat
around the abdominal organs (where it's invisible until it
gets extreme). That means that for any given BMI, a woman will
*look* heavier than a man.
