That was a repeat. Been mentioned on the board before. Absolute codswollop. This was what happens when the BBC dumbs down. Absolutley appaling science. Banging on about the 1st Law of Thermodynamics being violated - what a load of BS. That's mokc pseudo-science. And the 'experiment' was appalling. Didn't test LC without other variables, too small a group, inadequate control groups and interpretations of results which were not validated from the data. Load of crap.

so I'll take that as a thumbs down then shall I mate...lol...

the thing it didn't explain to me was why someone could be on a 1200 cal a day diet and not lose much, then go to Atkins and eat 2000 cal a day and lose loads.. so you're probably right... I still found it interesting though, if only from the point of view of proving that the WOE does actually work when trying to lose weight...
