Just noticed that the Health Bound store in Belmont, CA is now carrying a low carb Carrot Cake from Suavitas. Same folks who make the low carb Cinnamon Rolls and Cheese Cake.

It's pretty good - 4 net carbs and tasty. A nice addition to the low carb choices out there.

I havent' tried that, but I did make the carrot cake recipe in the recipe forum and it was delicious!

:help: Hi Pecan Pie! I've been low-carbing for over 2 years now... and have only cheated eating carrot cake once... to hear there is a low-carb version makes my year!!! (It's my favorite next to pineapple upside down cake!) I can't find the one in the forum- do you happen to have it?

I havent' tried that, but I did make the carrot cake recipe in the recipe forum and it was delicious!
