Low Carbs websites?

Hi all

Rob here. First time member, long time weight sufferer. I tried the atkins diet last year, and had lost a stone in two weekes, so I know it works for me. I want to get back on it again, but I'm struggling to get over a serious carbohydrate addiction.

Anyway, I've been looking at the idea of getting those Advantage Shakes. Would anyone know any websites (UK or USA) where I could get them? Anyone tasted the shakes? Do they cost an arm and a leg? I don't have much time for lunch, and if they are filling enough, then they seem like a good option.

You can buy them in Boots now - they are expensive, about 2.70e, but I like them. You can also but the bars in Boots too, and some health food shops.
