I am doing ATkins.....in the OWL ....I've lost 28 lbs ( I think I'm losing slowly though)......on its since Feb 6th.
Some gals from a different site I visit switched and now they are losing non-stop....so I', starting to think that this is somethink I should consider.
What are the main diferences between the two Programs?

One watches saturated fats, one doesn't. That's about the only difference in the final stage. So many atkins people seem to never add back whole grains, legumes and a wide variety of fruit but it was part of atkins plan. So you might here some say that is a difference although technically it isn't. One counts carbs and one doesn't but honestly when you are eating from the same list of foods the recommended servings amount you are going to come out pretty close to the same if you are plugging it into fitday. Doing atkins maint my fat was maybe 10 to 20% higher and carbs were maybe 25-35 or so net carbs lower. Nothing that made a real difference. Calories were about the only thing that I noticed quite a bit of difference on. I am able to easily maintain or lose equally on each of the plans.

GO up to the green stripe above and click on PLANS. YOu'll find a comparison of most of the low carb and semi-low carb plans there.
