I been checking out different types of Alcohol and their carb count. There are a lot of Low beers listed but there not available in Ireland The lowest one we can get is Coors Light and at 5 carbs a bottle its a little high. But I think I have found and alternative. I got in touch with the company who brew Bulmers Light Cider (aka Magners) and its 1.6 carbs per 330ml Bottle.
Could this be fully correct or since it is a cider could there be any hidden extras

The label on Bulmers Light says "Carbohydrates: Neglible". I wonder does it contain aspartame though. It says "artificial sweeteners".

I got this e-mail from cantrell today confirming the sweeteners used.
The sweeteners used in Bulmers Light are Sucralose & Acesulfame K.
We do not use Aspartame.
Are these sweeteners Bad?

I think sucralose is Spenda, so thats good news. I don't know about the other one though.
