I just made my first entry in my journal and I was wondering if some of you fellow South Beach Dieters could take a look at what I have been eating. I put a sample menu in the journal. I have hit somewhat of a stall. I have been in Phase 2 for two weeks and have only lost 1 more lb. I am starting to get discouraged and am wondering if there is anything I should change in my eating habits. I even cut out foods I could add in for Phase 2 but it hasn't seemed to make a difference. I have never cheated and work out regularly. Any ideas would be great! :) Thanks.

FYI - a lot of your initial weight loss was water weight. Some of this will return in weeks 3 and 4. So you might be stalling on the scale, but you're still on track regarding fat loss.

Just don't quit and you'll be fine.
