I'm not over 50, but I AM post-menopausal, so I hope you folks don't mind me butting in here for a minute. Had my last TOM about a year and half ago, with the exception of a day or two of spotting soon after going back on LC. Doc has confirmed it's menopause.

My question is I've been having what seem like PMS symptoms, and they come every 24 days like clockwork - much like my TOM was, back in the old days. I had mild PMS back then, but this is much worse: fatigue, bloat, moodiness, the works. Is this common?

i was lucky i didnt even know i was starting the menopause i was 47 and all of a sudden no more of the dreaded lurgy (periods) no spotting no pain and i have sailed through it i have been depressed on and off and had a few flushes , flashes
in the states i think, but nothing else and im 58 now so i have to keep asking friends if i have gone past the meno now because i didnt have any symptoms as such

I definitely have PMS still, and only 2 periods in the last year. In fact I am PMSing right now...bloated, craving sweets, no control over eating, face breaking out. Dreadful.
