This is probably far too simple to count as a "proper" recipe :) But it makes a truly quick and filling breakfast :thup:

One hard boiled egg
One teaspoon mayonnaise
Half an avocado, cubed
Garlic salt and pepper

Finely chop the hard-boiled egg in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise. Cube the half avocado (easiest is to do it still in the skin) then add to the egg mayo. Mix well and season with Garlic salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy :D

Yummmm sounds wonderful - I will definately try this one morning as I am a little fed up of all of the cooked breakfasts!!

This is one of my favorite breakfast and lunches. Also if you get bored of that just make deviled eggs and ad some avacado it is so good.
