Don't give up! I had a terrible time in Phase 1-headaches, cravings, no energy-and to top it off I wasn't losing any weight!! I was so depressed and irritated!!

But I stuck it out and in the beginning of Phase 2 the weight just started falling off. I've lost 15 lbs so far, but that's not a good measure of the changes to my body-I look very very different. By the 4th week of SB I had so much energy I actually WANTED to work out! (believe me, that's NOT NORMAL for me!) I've lost 15 lbs., but I have gained a lot of weight in muscle mass so I know my fat loss totals are much higher. And my work outs aren't that strenous-I ride the exersice bike (while watching Law and Order) 3 times a week for 30 minutes and go to yoga once a week. I've also started lifting weights-just little hand weights, and doing sit-ups (also while watching TV). See, I was a TV watching, snacking, lounging couch potato-and if I can do it anyone can!!

I have gone down 2 pants sizes :agree: and have lost weight from my waist (3 inches), arms and (gasp!) saddlebags!! I've lost 4 inches off my hips! I also have a lot more lean muscle mass and I feel so good I'm going to wear a bikini to the beach and not even suck my tummy in or wear a wrap around!!

I know it can be tough but believe me-it's worth it!! So keep your chin up! There is a healthier, happier, more energetic you waiting to emerge. Good luck to all of you!

I know it was not for me, but it made me feel so much better. Thank you for sharing.
