I have this thin layer of fat coating my abdominal area. I
want it to go away. What is the best way to get rid of it and
how long will it take? I'm not fat, i just have this thin
layer chillin out on my stomach.
Thanks.

What was that old story about Babe Ruth?
Some woman reporter hung around him and his buddies for awhile
and became disgusted that he was fat, drank and chewed
tobacco. She remarked to him that he did not fit the classic
profile of a trim, health conscious athlete.
Babe was supposed to have remarked that he was no athlete. He
was a BASEBALL PLAYER!!

Hell, even *I'd* look good if you covered me from waist to the
knees in a thick wool plaid.

Imagine if he had really taken care of himself and he was
paying regular visits to BALCO! He'd be hitting 120
homers a year!
