Hey...Okay i am on like my second month of atkins and i was wondering okay if i was doing walking and crunchs and stuff....Is it possible for my doublle chin to get smaller from doing this....And also i am starting to do face streches to see if i can loose the chin...Does anyone think i could lose a small one in a month if i keep doing them?....Plz answer these ?'s r just sumthing i was wondering about....thanx and good luck

Yes, I started doing ab crunches last week and I already notice a difference in my chin/neck area. Not to mention my stomach. It must be something about leading upward with your chin or something.
Anyway, I'm doing crunches and I've noticed a difference.

I was told by reliable source that when you lose weight, you actually reduce throughout the body. After awhile even you rings will feel loose. :agree:

Double chins will mostly go away, but it will be more of the weight loss that takes them than exercise. There's not a whole lot of muscle there to be affected.

I don't know about those 'face stretching exercises'. I think all that will get you is funny looks from anybody who sees you and wrinkles :lol: :lol: :lol:
I think it's more lost fat than the exercising. BUT, OTOH, the exercising is helping with the fatloss, right??
