I've bought it a few times at GNC and also found it online at the VitaShop. GNC is a little more expensive, but by the time you pay shipping and handling, it equals out anyway. Good luck!

Personally, I prefer the Oil. Tastes terrible, but I don't seem to get any loss with the capsules.

They are drops. I just take 2 drops daily and it seems to help people lose weight (especially when in a stall). I usually take it for 2 weeks and then take 2 weeks off. I've taken it on and off. I'd actually forgotten about it until I read this post. Maybe I'll buy another bottle.
