Been on atkins for about a week and something which began a couple of days ago is really bothering me. Whenever I lie down or sit down for more then a few seconds it feels like my right side draws inwards and gets really tight. Sometimes it's closer to the ribs other times it's closer to the hip. It doesn't hurt but is very uncomfortable. If anyone have any suggestion of what it could be please let me know.

Sounds like a cr4amp or a spasm to me. Especially if it withdraws when you stand. Sorry I can't offer anything for relief -- except to maybe stretch it out and see if that helps.
