Another question re filling in vitamins and minerals for diet
software: Calcium Citrate 650 mg Calcium Carbonate 350mg
Calcium Gluconate 200mg (Providing a total of 250mg elemental
Calcium). Magnesium oxide 225mg (providing 125 mg elemental
magnesiumproviding) Should I record the compound or the

The manesium oxide is a lie. Put the tablet in water overnight
and see what happens. nothing.
