YUM! It is the best stuff! Refrigerated, it's as thick as pudding and absolutely delicious. I use it in protein shakes; it's just as rich as cream but with lots less saturated fat. And of course you can water it down and use as coconut milk in curries, etc. I also use it in the low-carb ice cream recipes in place of 1/2 the heavy cream. Mmmmmm...

Anyone else tried it?
