Good morning all ~ Happy Monday....sighhhhh

Today is the start of week 2 of CAD for me. Last week was good...lost a total of 9 pounds....so here we are at my last week on the Entry Plan. Still reading the book over & over....to see if I missed anything....everything seems to be rolling right a long though.

How was everyone's weekend? Good I hope!

Well....I'm off to face the rigors of Monday.....ickkkk!

Have a terrific day everyone :)

Monday.. election day here in Canada!

I had a nice weekend. Ate too much salty food and my weight showed it this morning, 220. Time to flush that out fast with tons of water today.

Otherwise, all is well.

Have a great day everyone.

Congratulations on such a great week josie! Glad to see CAD is working well for you. I started keeping track of calories last week along with trying to stay pretty much to CAD and I had a lost of 6lbs after staying put for a couple weeks. I am really liking the fitday pc program I downloaded.

Tracy, sounds like you will be busy drinking that water today, hope your desk is close to the bathroom lol.

Have a great day, Tammy

Good morning everyone! What a great site. I am starting (or have started?) the CAD today after reading the book this weekend. I've been cruising thru the site and some of the gallerys and just have to say--wow! I am really impressed by the progress and positive vibes. I hope it goes as well for me :) So far so good, but now I have to think of lunch out because of a car problem, so I guess I'd better get the book out. I am starting at 168, with a goal weight of 140, and a mini goal of 10 pounds by July 30. Is that mini goal realistic, from everyones experience? Anyways, it is great to find such support and I hope everyone is having a good Monday.

Hi everyone! Yes, Election Day in Canada. I am Canadian too but we are living in the US right now. Sounds like everyone is doing well! I am also afraid of what July 4th will bring. I really have to plan. Lots going on that day, plus it's my baby's 2nd b-day :) Anyways, I'm doing well. Had a good weekend. Really over-induged on Saturday's RM but stayed in the hour and feel good.

I'm doing OK today - yesterday was off target, since DH decided to start SB today, so we had an orgy of bread and fruit yesterday. I also have TOM coming right up, and I can feel the hormones surging. I was up a pound this am (159) - but expecting that it will fall off again w/ TOM.

I made up a spinach-egg-cheese cassarole for breakfast this morning, and packed him off to work with instructions to eat a large salad w/ protein for lunch, and a lunch bag w/ cut up celery, cheese, a few nuts, and some fake chocolate (just a couple of micro-mini bars). I may call him to see how he's doing this afternoon.

thanks for all the support! We have plenty of good food for tonight, too.
