So I decided to get creative. I am sure a lot of you low carb pros have done this before... but it is new to me

I took Chicken Breast Lunch Meat and made egg salad with 2 eggs, some dill pickles, celery, mayo, mustard, and some no carb bacon (hasnt been cured with sugar or anything) bits.... then I smeared the lunch meat with the egg salad and rolled it up. It was delicious!!!!!! And as I figure it was about 4 carbs for the whole thing!

It helped the craving go away haha! Yay!

I like to do somehting like this only separate like a poor man's antipasto. I like to have hard boiled eggs on a plate, turkey meat slices, sliced cheddar cheese, turkey or regular pepperoni and just take the pepperoni or turkey slices and put then with a piece of cheese and roll it up a little, eat it and in between the meat I like to have the egg. Funny how you have such cravings once you start LCing.
