I find that a small portion of pork skins and a diet drink mid-morning help me get through that tough time before lunch. I am a police officer and it gives me the needed energy and satisfies also. It's low in carbs and fat.

i find pork rinds stall me as they contain alot of sodium.
just be careful how much you eat. i know my self i cant just stop w/a little bag.

I agree, I eliminated Pork rinds and all unneeded salt from my diet and it has made a big difference.
