Hi,
I am from Malaysia.
I am new at low carbing. I have read about it in the papers.
Taken me a while to log in. Now I have.

I have been trying to loose weight but it has been like a yoyo. Feeling low at the moment - my father had passed away last Wednesday. My mum.....in 1988.

But life goes on.........and my new journey on low carb.
My husband does not think much of it but that will not deter me.I will proof him otherwise.

It's gonna be tough....with all the startchy food around. The staple food here is rice. So you can imagine.....

Wish me luck.

Hello, YOYOZ....sorry for your loss. I, too, lost my mom not long ago, and being depressed makes it more difficult to lose weight for me. I tend to look for food to make me feel better, but then it only makes me feels bad afterwards. And then I get mad at myself for being so weak. I'm working on it, tho. I believe that 90% of losing weight in right up in our heads, so it isn't just LC foods, but setting your mind to it.
