i have been doing induction the past 3 months, i have lost 19 pounds, the problem is i want to loose another 10 pounds, i am 5'2 and I am at 130 now, i have a small frame and build so 120 isnt unreasonable. i just cant seem to get this off..have not lost weight in about 4 weeks....any suggesstions....also another question....i drink plenty of water but the thing is I make ice tea out of it, is this acceptable. :help: :help: :help:

A lot of people find caffiene can stall their progress.
While 120 doesn't sound out of line, 130 is probably not too unreasonable either. You may have to just be patient and let your body decide to work with you. Expect those last ten pounds to come off pretty slowely.
Are you exercising?

your not supposed to count drinks other than water... as water. its fine that u drink iced tea, but u should still drink 64+ ozs of straight water

yes I am exercising, I am really only doing a little areobics, about 150 each of crunches, squats, leg raises, this is really where I need to tone my body (I have had two kids) its not flab or loose skin, just need to tighten.... and also do arm lifts with 1 pound wights, I just wanted to tone my arms not get muscles. I have heard that if you do like treadmill, walk then run walk then run that this gets your heart rate up, will this help I do have a treadmill. I have been drinking caffeine the whole time, as I never gave up my coffee or tea. I just wanted to know if this would be considered my water? I hate plain water.

You'll find a lot of different views about what should and shouldn't be counted as water.
Does it make sense that if I make some chicken broth that I can't count it as water but that if I drink the water and eat the chicken cube that I can?
Personally, I think drinking straight water for the bulk of your water is best but that water in other drinks and water in fruits (if you eat them) and water in other foods counts - it's just frequently hard to quantify how much to count. Since you can't (not without a lot of effort) get too much water, requiring a minimum intake of straight water ensures you get enough and also tends to reduce the amount of all the other things you consume and hence reduces the amount of caffeine and artificial sweeteners and phosporic acid (I'm into diet Pepsi, what can I say) and other things that aren't particularly good for you.
