Thank you Elsah... I understand what they are now.. now my next question is other than coffee what are some things to do with it? Since it has 0 carbs then I am assuming that it is ok on induction.

Me too!!! All day at work and sometimes I can't wait until the next day so I go on at home also. :lol:
