I was wondering how fast would one gain there weight back if they stated eating more carbs then the 90 or so that are allowed. :q: has anyone a clue?

I really depends on your body and how it handles carbs, your metabolism, how you add back the carbs and what carbs you are adding back. For me, I can actually lose at over 90 carbs a day but from reading this board I am in a very very very small percentage of people that can actually do that. I am not sure how far into the plan you are but I would suggest you adding in carbs slowly and sticking with lower GI foods even when you do get it up that high.

Doesn't take that long to gain it back if you start eating the way you did before. That is the reason for going through all the stages of Atkins. To find out how many carbs your body can handle and still lose weight and then find out how many you can handle and maintain.
