Can you please give me a list of all measurements I should make. I think I am losing inches and not weight.

There are tons of areas you can measure... here are the ones that I do:

Upper bust (at armpits)
Bustline
Below bust (I call this the bra strap line)
Waist
Hips
Thigh
Upper arm

Kiks

Is there any other way???

Yup, buck neekked! I usually do this every four weeks the same time I weigh in. First thing in the morning, right after the shower.... keep the measureing tape and pencil right next to the scale. It's scary but it is rewarding when you can see the inches falling off!

Why don't you try making a profile at www.mybodycomp.com (http://www.mybodycomp.com) ? It's free and it's funn to compare measurements from week to week. And the computer programme calculates all kinds of neat stuff. Like last week, - I actually gained 0.5 lb (and lost 3.5 inches), but the programme (on basis on measurements) said I'd lost 1 lb of fatmass and gained 2 lbs of muscle. There's no logic to this, but I'm NOT complaining !!

I have to warn you, it's quite a hassle to get the measurements done in the beginning, - read it, and you will see what I mean. But when you get the hang of it it's great fun ! And VERY motivating. Take a look in my journal !!

Good luck to ya !!
