Is there any pre made breaky food I can have on induction that does't involve a microwave or blender?

Hmmm. *scratches head in wonder*
Do you like salad for breakfast? I do! I love breakfast foods--just not first thing in the morning. ;) I'd rather eat a salad, and that could be made up the night before and put in the fridge. My hubby also likes to eat chicken (either cold or heated) for breakfast. I think some make wraps, putting meat and cheese in lettuce. That could work, too.

I keep cooked salmon, cooked broccoli, avocado, cabbage and cucumber in the fridge at all times. Mix with mayonnaise or olive oil and lemon juice and voila! Instant breakfast! Any kind of leftover meat, canned fish or hard cooked eggs will work too. :)

Does that mean you don't have a microwave or blender? Or you just don't want to have to use it?
I get the Pour-A-Quiche cartons in the freezer section of the grocery store and butter a pie plate and microwave it for 40 mins on 50% power (you could just as easily bake it). Then I slice it into 6 slices and eat one in the mornings. Yummy!
take care,

When I'm really lazy and don't want to cook breakfast I just have a Blue Bunny Carb Freedom yogurt or I eat something non breakfasty like left over tuna salad.

I use the EAS Carb Control ready to drink shakes.
I've used them on induction since day 1. I just don't get up early enough to fix breakfast! I grab one on the way out the door and either drink it in the car on my way to work or at my desk when I get there. (on non-work days I cook myself breakfast)
I don't normally recomend any kind of "not-natural" foods, but these are tasty, are high in protein, and don't contain sugar-alcohols.

Pepperidge farm makes a GREAT carb concious stoneground whole wheat
bread (5 net carbs / slice). I usually have one of those slathered with
butter and a Blue Bunny Carb Freedom yogurt (the raspberry cream is yummy)
plus my water (or non-caffenated iced tea - unsweetened).
Hope this helps!

yogurt and stoneground wheat bread are not induction foods. A lot of people eat non breakky foods in the morn. Really there just aren't that many things you can eat that are real breakfast foods on induction. Carb shakes aren't recommended daily either...they are an emergency food in case you just can't get a real meal in. Try your best to do 2 weeks of real whole foods....get the best out of this woe. Give it the best shot it deserves! :)

I ate a lot of cheesburgers for breakfast the first six months, I don't like eggs much. Also turkey (or whatever cold cut I had)and cheese wrapped in a big lettuce leaf. Hood has these new Carb Countdown Smoothies that are great after induction. The pizza quiche recipe from this site is great, and it freezes very well.

Okay, I love love love breakfast, so here goes from me to you baby:
-mix up some eggs, oregano, garlic salt and cooked fresh pork sausage...cheese if you like...pour into greased/sprayed muffin tins. Bake ~350 til firm. Little eggy muffins .. yum!
-a lot of fast food places have different menu options that are totally fine for induction, just get rid of the bread.
-the mini low carb tortillas are okay for induction (don't go crazy, i limit myself to 1 a day)..use them to wrap up whatever you like...eggs, meat, cheese. I spread mine with cream cheese and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon when i need a pastry like breakfast, then i nuke it for like, 30 seconds....
Hope this was helpful!
