HI to you all, i just posted on the 'introduce yourself' forum and thought I'd pop in here and tell you that Im from NZ , live on a sheep and cattle station.
Im 41, married, 3 children and just getting into thisn WOE,trying to decide whether to go the Atkins way or ???
looking forward to getting to know you :D and losing weight :D
