Hi:
When I buy mushrooms, I generally have some that go bad
because I haven't used them in time.
Can Mushrooms be frozen??

Freezing vegetables explodes the cells with ice crystals. If
thawed, then cooked, they should be fine. If thawed and used
raw they will probably be mushy.
