Hi,

I'm looking for a list which describes the amount of
food-components in specific foods (iron, calcium, vitamines,
calories, etc) and a list of what is considered a normal
food-component intake for a human being of a specific
age/weight each day. I'm sure something like that exist
somewhere on the internet, but so far i haven't been able to
locate it.

Thanks for any help & information !
