Hey all......I'm back....

My name is Kathryn and I was a lurker back in 2002. I totally fell off the low carb wagon after a failed BFL attempt and did not look back. Unfortunately. If I *had* looked back, I would have realized my A** was growing bigger and bigger!!!

Anyhoo, now I am back to take it slower this time and create a lasting WOL for myself. You can go to my journal. It is amazing that it is still there from 2 years ago. I have updated it and now plan to continue being accountable to myself.

Welcome Home Kathyrn!!!

Ah you must be my evil twin! I went off my Atkins in 2002 and came back here in January after gaining 40 pounds back. SHUCKS is about all I can say about that in public :). But once I faced up to it and got back on it okay, it has been just great. I am doing fine and the day I decided to come back to the forum and get started again was the best day of the whole year. You can do it! Goodness, if I can do it I KNOW you can do it because I am weak :). Welcome back!
