Has anyone tried these? I found them in Kroger the other day and chose to purchase the hot cereal, and these twisty crunchy things in cool ranch flavor..

The twistys were made with Soy and they actually tasted better (not a strong ranch flavor) than any other chip Ive tasted so far.. About 5 carbs per 50 pieces.. These things are so crunchy I just broke the bag down into 25 piece servings (2.5 carbs) .. They have 4-50 count servings and I paid i think 2.99 for the small bag of em.

The hot cereal, I paid 4.99 for, and it has 12 total carbs and 8 Fiber. Its called Harvest Blend. There is 11 servings in the box. I would say you are going to have to flavor this on your own, and sweeten it as well. It wasnt bad, decent consistancy. Though the look may throw some people off. I wont say what the flax seeds looked like to me, but I definally have to think happy thoughts when eating this..

Most of this stuff has soy in it, so I have to pretty much avoid it. Soy messes with my thyroid meds. However, their cheddar cheese puffs have no soy and I'm on my second bag... :) Great to find something crunchy to much on. Good idea about breaking it down into portions. I will probably do that in the future to stop me from grazing on them all day. LOL!

I know what you mean about "thinking good thoughts." :D

I haven't tried their cereal, but the MiniCarb hot chocolate cereal is good. What other "flavors" do the chips come in? I'll have to give those a shot!

I have had their pretzles, both twist and the curls. All were very passable. Not awesome but met my need for a crunch.
