I see by your photos that you are quite a young man. This is an excellent chance to sit yourself down and renew your commitment, not only to your weight loss, but to your future health.
I know I sound like your Mother (and she and I are probably about the same age) but I wish I could have discovered this WOE and WOL when I was younger. I could have prevented a lot of frustration and self-image problems.
Take it from one who has been there and done that and bought the t-shirt, too. Diets don't work. Only a long-term plan that you can stick to permanently will get you looking and feeling the way you want -- for the rest of your life.
Don't get discouraged. You've already come so far. We all slow down and "stick" at certain weight points. Here on the Forum we call them stalls. Sometimes it's just your body catching up to itself.
And you're working out, too. That can mean that the fat is burning off, but the muscles are developing, and as you know muscle weighs more than fat (but looks a whole lot better).
Hang in there!
Respect.

even if the stick shows a trace you are in ketosis. Dark purple or light purple...it doesn't make a difference...you are in ketosis.
Generally, from what I understand, the darker the purple the more dehydrated you are. Drink up!!

I have a hard time losing weight i don't know what to do. I just kicked the carb bread out the door but how many carbs are you suppose to eat a day. don't give up you will get through it, just believe in yourself.

Noel,
Don't forget your veggies! Vegetables are supposed to be our primary source of carbs.
The stix are very unreliable, if I test at night (like the directions say to), and I've drank all my water, the stix barely show a trace.
Continued success on this WOE.
