...Northern Edge breadbase or I just use their milled flaxseed which you don't have to grind. You just add it to the ingredients along with a wholemeal flour and some white flour.


It's very filling that you won't eat as much even though it tastes great and it works out to being low in carbs because of the fiber (wholemeal flour, flax seeds) and it'll keep you regular on the diet too. I just don't eat it every day but when I want some back rashers I'll have a slice with it.


I've discovered that carbs and calories both matter and I just try to have some physical activity during the week and may go over my carbs a little but I have more peace of mind and great success in watching how much I eat as far as carbs and calories go.
