canada is slowly getting the low carb picture,loblaws now as the smart scoop ice cream,ive only seen it in the flyer so i dont have real details,it says 4 carbs and sweetened with splenda.

I eat the CarbSmart Klondikes, only 5g's each. I have them every weekend and it doesn't stall me.

I loved the Ben & Jerry's Half Baked - SO GOOD! Unfortunately for me, it's loaded with sugar alcohols which I know stall me :( Maybe on maintainence though :D

Im in Oshawa, Ontario and I buy the Nestle brand Legend Carb Trim, in Vanilla. It is sweetened with Aspartame but I only have it once a week. Serving size is 125ml so 1/2 cup 7g carbs, 5g fibre, 1g sugars, 1g sugar alcohols. It hasn't stalled me at all and I like the taste like frozen whipped cream.

Celestia, I hear ya! But try the Atkins Ice Cream it is really rich and creamy! I love the chocolate. It gets me thru. I on Induction again, but I cannot weight.
