Hi, I've been low carbing for a little over a week and I just hit my first dizzy spell. I dno't take any vitamins except the chewable vitamin C and tums for calcium. There's absolutely no way I can swallow a pill unless it's coated and pretty small. Are there any other forms that suppliments come in? All I ever find are the giant horse pills =(

I've seen liquid vitamins at my local store. They come in either a sublingual or just a straight liquid. I have also seen a powder that you can mix with water. I think that this was a prescription though. I am sure that if you looked on the internet you will find something. Good luck! ;)

My doctor sells powdered Vitamin C, and I've seen it at GNC.
If all else fails, look for a compounding pharmacist. They can make anything you want in just about any form. Probably even ointments.

/me is guessing that if you were really struggling, you could use a mortar and pestle to grind up something if it was a solid tab, or you could open up a cap (although that might not be too good an idea since it might rely on the cap being broken down by your stomach acid, depending on the product)
When my gf had throat problems the pharmacist gave her some of her prescription meds in powder form in a liquid suspension so she could take them like cough syrup.

Cool, thanks for the replies. I'm gonna check out GNC for a few things.
