I was reading Womans World and came across a new ppdiet soup that Dr. Eades was introducing I wondered if anyone had tried it. After I read the article I went to http://www.proteinpower.com and they were advertising the article it looks like a good jump start idea. Pat S.

i think it is a good recipe for when you want a bowl of soup. i think it is a bad idea to turn pp into a "soup diet".
