I really wanted something sweet this morning and tried this out. It was really good.
Take nut of choice, I tested with dry roasted sunflower seeds, but would be great with Almonds. Spray a light coating of cooking spray* and coat with brown sugar twin.
(*If anyone has a better way of making the sugar stick pleast let me know, maybe just heating the nuts and rolling in the sugar would work)
