Can anyone tell me who overall offers more LC bulk products? I am considering which one to join, so i was wondering if anyone had experience with comparing both?

Can't speak for sam's club but I was just at costco yesterday. They have hershey 1 carb bars, pria carb select bars, costco protein bars, low carb pizza in a 2 pack for about $2.50, low carb chicken cordon bleu, eas advant edge shakes, atkins shakes, lots of meats and cheeses, and splenda.

I'm not sure what Costco is, I'm guessing it is like Sam's. I don't know exactly what they have at Sam's but I did notice a few things, like those Hersheys 1 gm bars and some frozen things, like hot pocket type things.

I really only go to Sam's for meat. In my opinion it is the best place around here to buy meat.
