I was very unprepared for the very strong pungent odor of my OoO capsules.
They are liquid phyto caps, with supercritical C02, alcohol free. 450 mg Origanum vulgare and Carvacrol 64 mg. I will start taking them tomorrow if I can get past the smell. To bad I don't have a cold!

We started with the liquid and there was no way I could take that so I bought gel caps to put it in. :)

Hold your breath and drink a lot of water!!
