Synergy Diet is offering new free samples of low carb churros (Mexican doughnuts) and zeros (toasted marshmallow snacks). I received my order from them today and got the free samples, but there is no nutrition information whatsoever. I have no idea what the carb count would be for the churros, as estimates from regular churros vary wildly, according to the calorie counting websites I've checked. And I know that the zeros are made with some kind of sugar alcohol (how else would they make 'zero-carb' marshmallows). Does anyone have any idea what the carb count would be on these? I am very sensitive to sugar alcohols and would like to try the zeros, but I do not want to be incapacitated a few hours later. :>
